INTRODUCTORY INSPECTION

Follow in the footsteps of a Register Home Inspector as he introduces you to our "Systems Approach to Home Inspecting"

This will be an actual home inspection with a client, we ask that you quietly observe, take notes and reserve your questions for our debriefing session later, back in the Institute classroom.  Please do not touch or disturb any items in the house.

Students will have an inspection report with them and they are asked to try to complete it as much as possible, or take notes throughout the inspection process. There will be no open discussion during this inspection. All questions will be answered during our debriefing.

CLASSROOM DEBRIEFING SESSION
We regroup back at class and briefly discuss the inspection process, student observations and any questions that may arise.
NIGHT ASSIGNMENT - COMPLETE 1ST  INSPECTION REPORT
