Course:  Introduction to Residential Home Inspection

QUICK APPROVAL & REGISTRATION

• Print the registration form, complete and fax it to our Administrative Office along with a brief work related resume - Admin Fax: (819) 671-1022.
• All faxed Applications will be reviewed by our Registrar and approval/denial will be decided within a 48 hour period in most cases.
• If approved, your seat will be reserved in the next available course (pending receipt of a deposit).
• If approved, mail in your signed registration form and initial deposit of $500 (if prior to registration deadline.
• All tuition fees are due in full by the Registration deadline posted above.
• If tuition is to be paid by 3rd party (such as Employment Agency or HRDC) then a letter of payment confirmation from the 3rd party must be faxed to our Administrative Office in order to hold a students class placement.

A NOTE TO ALL:

While we have mentioned it elsewhere, we wish to make it very clear that NO one course, will prepare anyone to become a home inspector. We strongly advocate that you visit our Professional Association OAHI or CAHPI-Ontario web site in order to gain an accurate insight into the process required to become a "Designated" Professional.

Our Introductory course offering,  is as it implies - a starting point to gain valuable insight into this profession and what it takes to succeed.

ADVANCED BOOKING NOW AVAILABLE

Due to the popularity of our courses and our limited enrollment (4 - 8 students) per session, students may wish to ensure placement in a specific course through our advance booking service. Students may send us a course registration form along with a $500 deposit by mail to reserve a seat in the class of their choice - even if class dates are not yet posted.. The remainder of the tuition fee would be due and payable by the specific course registration deadline date. If a student is unable to attend the reserved course, their deposit may be refunded (a small administration fee may be applicable, please refer to our cancellation policy on the registration form).

REGISTRATION

Students should call 1-613-860-0700 or E-mail us to verify class availability, then print out, complete and sign the registration form and mail it along with their tuition payment by the registration deadline. Temporary course reservations will be made by E-mail and telephone for a period of 5 business days to allow students time to mail in their registration forms along with their deposit or full tuition fee (whichever is applicable). Please read our cancellation policy on the registration form.
